We offer a 3-Day return policy. Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:
- Damaged Product
- Incomplete Product
- Incorrect Product
We accept returns if the return is a result of our error, that is, if you received an incorrect or defective item. Please email us at email@example.com or contact the seller directly as per the information in the shipment with supporting photographs for reporting any damages within 3 days of receipt of the artwork.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Damaged / Incorrect / Incomplete Product Received:
- Sellers on ‘The Connoisseur’ follow 3-day return claim policy for damaged/incorrect goods. The customer needs to claim within 3 days of the order received. The claim should happen directly with the seller contact mentioned on the shipment or through the contact details mentioned on ‘The Connoisseur’ website.
- We ask that your return be shipped back in the original packing materials and container provided by the seller.
- The customer needs to self-ship the damaged/incorrect product to us in the same condition it was delivered. In some cases the seller may help in faciliating a return with a courier service. The Connoisseur or the seller would pay for the return shipping along with the amount equal to the Paid amount for the artwork.
- The return shipping cost will be incurred by the seller in case of damaged/incorrect/incomplete product deliveries.
- Once the return product is received back by the seller, you will be issued a full refund to your original payment method within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return, our internal process and the bank’s processing time. For international transfer, the process may be longer.
- Buyers are expected to understand that since each artwork is individually created there may be slight variations in shade and colour of Artwork. No complaints in this regard will be entertained by’ The Connoisseur’ or the seller. However, NO GOODS WILL BE RETURNED ONLY BECAUSE THE BUYER DID NOT LIKE THE ARTWORK HE/SHE HAS PURCHASED.
Exchanges: We don’t encourage exchanges on undamaged products. However, if still needed we request you to directly contact the independent seller and settle any claim.
However, bear in mind that exchanges on undamaged products/correct product orders will require the consumer to pay for the return shipping as well as for the insurance cost in return shipping.
- We ask that your return be shipped back in the original packing materials and container provided by the gallery/designer/artists.
- A refund will be issued only when the damaged/incorrect product is returned back to the seller.
